It belongs to the same borderline sinster organisation of electronic toys as Borg Cat. These toys sit in darkened rooms getting instructions flashed to them from a web page. Today, just messages to flap their wings or blink their eyes. Tomorrow, who knows? Messages to infiltrate ToysRUs to liberate their comrades? Just as well Borg Cat doesn't work very well.
